Anxiety and it makes me irritable
Sometimes, sleepless nights
Overwhelmed, tired, anxious, irritable. I tend to be tired and need additional sleep and self-care.
over eating when not even hungry
Anxiety, sleep issues.
Anxiety. Lupus Flare-ups
It makes me anxious
I get easily flustered and scattered
lack of total focus
Good and Bad...the ultimate thing is how "I" allow it to impact me.
Skin break outs, stomach problems, exhaustion
Anxiety, flustered, overwhelmed!

I spent more time talking with old friends.
It gave a lot of insight into my son during school work.
I took time to just sit in silence and remove all distractions.

trying to prioritize work load on top of family, pets, finances, etc.

I have lost 10 lbs since March <3 ...because I want to …. I changed my grocery-buying habits! Walking every day to walk off stress.
Excellent examples of positive response to stressors!
I really need to start focusing on making healthy choices to help me with stress relief and comfort!!

That mindfulness activity has been my favorite by far

I already do some of these … but inspires me to be more consistent. I think that falling out of practice allows us to get stressed.
Taking at least 3 min to practice mindfulness in the morning before beginning my day, and ending my day with that as well.
Focus on one day at a time, and work on reprioritizing when overwhelmed

Taking charge of the way we respond really takes away the 'victim' mentality. Love having the ability to 'decide' how I am going to respond and the practicing, deliberately practicing tip is wonderful!!
I imagine putting my stressors in balloons and send them up to God, and remind myself he's got this.
Take a minute to breathe before lashing out in angry tones and discrediting how others may feel in a situation

To always keep in mind that we are not in control of others behavior, but sure can control my way of thinking.
I find it easier to stop and write down the feeling then reframe it. Writing it down really helps. Makes you STOP.
Need to work on being kind to myself!
putting things into perspective helps me. getting upset with work frustrations becomes at least I have a job
