Played games with my kids, and sat down and ate dinner with kids
spend family time each day talking about calendar items as well as how everyone is doing. We work on a garden together and play outdoor games in the back yard.
I cleaned my yard even though I do not like to do yard work because of my allergies
I started to focus on all the positive things my family would do everyday, and made a point of showing gratitude to them.
