I’m, a long hauler and this has been a bad week. This is the worse I felt since I had COVID in October. I sat outside for a few hours and it helped.

It was difficult one. used the 5,4,3,2,1. when A friend had some terrible news. I had to put things aside and listen. This covid has really puts thing into such a impersonal aspect. people want to be personal, be there for friends, family. we can't do this.
