When you're ready to eat the food you have dried, is their a way to "undry' it? Boiling?
How much of the nutrients are preserved or lost with preservation; does it vary depending on what it is? Which method preserves the most nutrients?
Is it safe to dry in an oven if you don't have dehydrator?

Do you have to peel peaches and apples before drying in the oven?
