It’s hard to retrain. When I get frustrated or stress, I usually react before I even have a chance to think about how to switch the mindset.

Fight or Flight response has been very active this past year.
My friends and I were talking about this the other night. We have to remind ourselves that we cannot use our energy on things we cannot control because it will cause us stress. It helps to talk to friends because you can lift each other up and remind each other these types of things and instead using our energy on things that we can do in the moment. We also talked about being okay with plans changing. As long as the end result is achieved we should not get frustrated.
I don't know how many of you use social media, but I have recently abandoned it due to how overwhelming the conversations are. It can cause that feeling of having no control because youre being given so many contradictory voices and views.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to change the things I can. And the wisdom to know the difference
NO Social Media. Just too much. And not more news in the evenings before bed.

I use social media for diy projects for me and my little ones
Gabriel I agree. But since I use Facebook to stay connected, I stay on although I have left some facebook groups that were causing me extra stress. It has helped a bunch!
