When co-creating physical activity/exercise goals with clients, it’s helpful to remember that we don’t have to have all the answers as the practitioner. Asking clients what they’re willing to try or what seems realistic for them, recognizing them as the experts in their own lives, is important. It can be stressful to think that we have to know all the answers for each patient, when there is no way we possibly could!
