You might need to check your audio setting. They are in the microphone menu. Make sure it's set on the speaker or headset--whatever you are using

I had a work issue that was troubling me the last two days. I went for a long walk this morning, and helped me to de-stress and get it resolved in my mind with a positive solution moving forward.

I'm stuck at home with my kids and trying to work so it's hard to find time and space to exercise.

I'm already doing a lot of physical exercise! I start at 6 a.m. before everything else!
I would like to try more yoga, but some exercises require being on my knees a lot (have knee injury)
