Canvas Studio is a media creation and organization tool that allows instructors and students to actively collaborate through video and audio recordings. You can upload existing media files, link to content found in YouTube and Vimeo, and create your own video using webcam and/or screen capture. The Studio recording library is easy to use and the recording and editing tools are built in. Studio takes your course media recordings from passive to active with easy to use video discussions and interactive video quizzes. You will also be able to access insights, the viewing analytics tool that will show you exactly how students are engaging with the video content in the course. By the end of this workshop, users will be able to: -Locate and manage items the Canvas Studio library -Upload, link, or create video and audio content for use in Canvas courses using the Studio tools. -Create a graded or ungraded Canvas Studio video quiz -Add content from the Studio library to a course -Check analytics to see if students have viewed a video, and for how long -Add accessibility to a created video using the Canvas Studio automatic captions feature
